Objectives
The client's objective was to launch his concept store, in one of the largest malls in São Paulo. The store should transform the consumer experience into something playful, easy and interactive. For this, Takano Kawahara, the architectural firm hired for the project, through its architect Fábio Sato, expects TheLED to together build a disruptive visual communication project, using LED panels.
How were the objectives met?
The idea was to expand the concept of visual communication, using LED panels to bring all the content and storytelling of the brand, presenting the clothing collections in a unique way, impacting and involving the customer inside the store, in addition to creating the “wow” effect for those who approach the store.
The locations and formats of the LED panels were chosen so that the shopper's enchantment starts from the facade and remains in each department of the store.
For the facade, giant LED columns were installed, in addition to panels in the windows, which together make up a unique look of the brand and its collections available in the store.
Floor panels were also used to further highlight the models featured in the store
At the bottom of the checkout boxes, a 17m² mega panel was installed to keep customers in the brand's “mood”.
The view is huge by far and the attractiveness is incredible. After this project, Riachuelo has already opened three more stores with LED panels and hopes to not open any more stores without this technology and services from The LED for visual communication.
