Objectives
it was identified that with a team of 200 people who could not go to stores, we were losing their expertise in selling, explaining why our products are better. so we looked for a channel / platform that would facilitate the purchase of products online and that our promoter would be the focal point, indicating the product with exclusive discount benefit, it would sell persuading people of our products through their deeper knowledge. Everything in a way you never would, in a work environment with the intention of selling to acquaintances.
There are thousands of companies committed to finding solutions to keep people involved and contribute something bigger to society. Looking to help those who are stopped to continue selling.
Thinking about our field team, we couldn't help but have a project that could help and commission this team that understands Panasonic more than Panasonic itself
How were the objectives met?
Absolutely.
We had the amount of R$ 487,184.01 of sales in 4 months of application, and ultill now R$ 915.376,03, 541 products, considering the are dedicating only a few hours a week for selling through P Store platform and we have never done this before. The accumulated in total sales refers to 3% of sales in the first month of sales of the application.
Nowadays we intend to raise the sales by creating incentive campaigns aligned to real promotion campaigns we are making part of, through the app and also stimulating the consultants to sell even more so they can earn commission and awards.
