Objectives
Oral-B introduced a new ultra-high-end series of electric toothbrushes in the second half of 2020, hoping to enter the Chinese market, promote new sales, win market share, and enhance the high-end brand image of Oral-B at the same time. We hope to create a dedicated iO cloud brush experience store for Oral-B, so that to help consumers understand the superior performance of cloud brush in the interaction, improve their shopping experience and closure rate.
How were the objectives met?
Asian consumers are less concerned about dental health than in the US and Europe. This event and pop-up store can help bring professional oral health knowledge and good experience to consumers. It can help to build consumers’ understanding of Oral-B electric toothbrush black technology, thereby creating a more positive brand image for Oral-B.
As result, the new product launch activities successfully landed in 4 large supermarkets, consumers gave positive response and actively participate in on-site interaction and purchase during the event, effectively improved 4 times of daily sales of Oral-B!
