Objectives
Communicating the simple connectivity of SAMSUNG products at the PoS and at the same time creating a captivating product experience that will also cause a stir in social media: That was the task that led to the development of the interactive installation “Your Selfie. Your Artwork".
How were the objectives met?
In the unique brand experience of “Your Selfie. Your Artwork", customers were invited to experience the new Galaxy S9 in a spectacular way together with the new life-style TV The Frame, by using a selfie taken on the smartphone to create a personal work of art using various, specially created filters. These unique art pieces then were displayed on The Frame TVs like in an art gallery. For the costumer, it was an easily understandable, playful communication of the seamless connectivity of SAMSUNG products and a unique brand experience through the interaction of the consumer with two different flagship products. There also was a long range of the installation due to the possibility of downloading and publication via social networks. Regardless where “Your Selfie. Your Artwork” was presented, whether in electronics stores, shopping centers or provider shops - it was always the center of attention. The customers were enthusiastic about the playful interaction with the products and the opportunity to create their own “artwork”. The visibility and tactility of the SAMSUNG brand was once again significantly increased - in a highly competitive environment. "Your selfie. Your Artwork” goes from a product to a holistic brand experience.
