This screen explains the technical innovation of the product by means of special content, which explains the features to the consumer in an easily understandable and clear way. An elegant and attention-grabbing display that was not only used in classic retail channels, but also in furniture stores and fitted kitchen retailers. It was an innovative premium display that has never been seen before in the household appliance sector. With this premium display, SAMSUNG is causing a stir. The time that customers spend time using the high-tech device at the point of sale has almost tripled. The dealers are enthusiastic - the success of the Dual_Cook_Flex display is so great that SAMSUNG implemented a Germany-wide roll-out in 2019 not only in classic retail, but also in furniture stores and kitchen retailers. SAMSUNG is setting new standards in the high-price segment and is establishing itself as an equal premium brand in the tough German competition. The intensity of action by customers at the point of sale is impressive: the dealers who used the Dual_Cook_Flex display recorded an increase in sales of the product of up to 200%, as well as an increase in the interaction time for consumers by an average of 15 seconds an amazing 1.25 minutes.
