Objectives
MSM.digital was commissioned to implement the digital realization of the sticker album campaign and the associated website, as well as the augmented reality experience, as part of the Migros "Animal Planet Mania" campaign. The goal of the campaign was to raise awareness and educate adults and children about native as well as exotic and endangered animal species. Young sticker collectors were to be taught about the exciting animal worlds of all five continents in a playful way.
How were the objectives met?
MSM.digital programmed and designed an in-app AR solution with videos and interactive AR content that brings 20 scannable sticker animals to life in the Migros Play app when you scan them with your smartphone.
MSM.digital succeeded in making educational content experiential through entertaining digital solutions such as AR, web, app and gamification. In addition to the print media stickers and album, dynamic, interactive content was thus contributed, creating a greater incentive to engage with the campaign and shop at Migros.
Customers had a longer dwell time in the store. They engaged more with Migros and its offers as a result of the campaign. Both resulted in the average "receipt" per purchase being higher than usual during the campaign period.
