Objectives
First of all, our client wished to provide a perfect consultancy service without the need for personal contact. From this point our project started. And then we were aiming to have the latest trends in retail and to become an inspirational and modern pharmacy with this project. In addition, the focus was on being different from other pharmacies in a way that customers’ visits would be an unforgettable experience which would support their loyalty. Last but not least, the aim was to increase the traffic in the pharmacy and subsequently the product sales.
How were the objectives met?
Objectives such as increased traffic in the pharmacy and in sales were not perfectly performed unfortunately, due to COVID-19 pandemic situation. Despite that, we delivered a powerful tool to pharmacists, which helps solve problems of their customers. This “digital assistant” is a result of an evolution which has brought a change from “real-life derma consultants“ who couldn’t be present throughout the opening hours. Therefore, thanks to the “digital assistant“, customers return regularly. That’s why the pharmacy decided to roll out the Interactive gondola for skin analysis to all their remaining branches.
