Objectives
Promote innovation and interactivity at the Point of Sale (POS), establishing dialogue with consumers and providing relevant information and content during the shopper's journey.
How were the objectives met?
The piece produced for the GC Fisital Experience provided interactivity with the consumer when choosing the product. On one side of the gondola, touch screens were installed in order to lead the consumer to participate in a quizz, so that the system would collect some information such as: name, telephone number, lifestyle characteristics and beer type preferences. At the end of the stage, the interface presented the “ideal beer” for the respective consumer, based on the collection of the information provided (which generated a database that associated the style of each consumer to a specific brand) during the filling of the quizz.
The next step consisted of panels installed at the top of the Category Management, with eye iris readers capable of capturing consumer’s movement to indicate the appropriate product. As the consumer walked through the Category Management gondola, the eye iris reader monitored the movement and captured the direction in which the consumer was looking for 3-5 seconds. When capturing, the system identified the observed product and provided its information, such as: ingredients, harmonization and type of fermentation. In addition, the LED panel called the shoppers by name and indicated the location of their beer, illuminating the niche on the shelf.
Therefore, the proposed solution was to build a 100% technological hall for consumers interaction on the spot. The project resignified the shopping journey at the POS, combining navigation on the gondola with interactivity and generating a unique experience during the process, guiding us to address it Fisital Solution.
