Description
The Everytable design concept was inspired by the brand’s mission – to bring communities together by making healthy food affordable and accessible to all.
Using a central kitchen and small grab-and-go storefront locations, Everytable is able to keep costs competitive no matter where they’re located. The unique variable pricing model means that the same fresh, fast, wholesome meal that costs around $4 in lower income neighborhoods like South LA and will cost an average of $8 in more affluent neighborhoods like Downtown LA. Our Head Chef Jessica Spear, former Director of Culinary at the Patina Restaurant Group, crafts new locally-inspired and seasonal dishes, building on our existing menu originally created by Chef Craig Hopson (previously of Le Cirque) and Culinary Director Johnny Yoo (who has worked with accomplished chefs like David Myers, Brendan Collins, Roy Choi and Christophe Eme). Each dish draws inspiration from local cuisines and communities to create food that is rooted in, and celebrates, the neighborhoods we serve.
