Description
The TD staffed kiosk at Toronto’s Union Station is intended as an amenity providing convenience for their customers traveling through Canada’s largest and most heavily trafficked rail hub. Staffed by 1-3 team members from 7am-7pm daily and featuring a smart ATM, the kiosk is able to meet a wide range of banking needs, including routine transactions such as withdrawals, deposits, updates, etc., as well as providing replacement cards and directional counsel, organizing appointments with advisors, and more.
Whether staffed or not, the kiosk acts as a bit of a refuge, offering travelers a place to sit while waiting for their train, and a selection of other amenities, including free Wi-Fi, charging stations, and an overhead digital canopy featuring biophilic content.
