For over a century, as one of the famous Chinese gold ornament & jewelry brands, LFX presented to its customers several generations images through its stores. But still fail to satisfy the shopper’s constantly changing modern aesthetics due to the old-fashion design.
LFX is hoping to build a new image by updating one of its signature stores, and to enhance its leading advantage in the industry while meet fo¬¬llowing requirements.
1. Continue to promote LFX as the “Chinese traditional luxury brand”
2. Integrate the layout according to its products combination.
(50% Gold, 20% jade, 20% jewelry & 10% silver)
3. The updated store needs to be eye-catching & meet the USD 7.5million annual sales requirement set by the shopping mall management.
4. Unique & different from other regular counter designs.
How were the objectives met?
This update project is a breakthrough to LXF itself.
The new design makes LXF become outstanding among the section.
Designed lighting shines the whole store among the others.
The combination of new material & structure brings not only mature but also trendy & elegant.
Study shows shoppers’ attention increased by 31.8% while satisfaction from BA/Management/shopper increased by 33.7%.
It’s targeted shopper(2535yr old) stopping by had increased by 26.3%.
All these facts satisfied LXF, and they decided to update other stores cross the whole country.
The updated store operates less than 1 year. The 1st 3 quarters sales increase 51.8% compare to previous design at the same seasons.
While compare to other brands in the same mall, we also see 27.7% sales higher.
Base on current sales & foresee, LXF is capable to meet the requirement set by the mall management, therefore meet the requirement of LXF.
